Yuan-Wen is an artist originally from Taiwan who has been living in Barcelona since 2008.

Her abstract paintings are a unique blend of her Asian roots and the diverse experiences of living in different cultures, with varied expressions that aim to connect with audiences. For Yuan-Wen, painting is a record of her inner life experiences and emotions, inspired by the landscapes, dance, the universe, and the world around her.

Her paintings comprise a series of images that play with contrasts, such as strength and softness, fullness and emptiness, complementing one another in a mesmerizing way.
